RESUMO
RESUMEN Objetivo: El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre la edad gestacional determinada por ecografía en el primer trimestre del embarazo, por fecha de última menstruación y al nacer aplicada a los recién nacidos del Hospital Distrital de Santa Rita durante los meses de Enero - Diciembre del 2018. Material y Métodos: Se desarrolló un estudio de tipo retrospectivo, transversal, descriptivo y correlacional. Muestra: El universo correspondió a los 518 partos de gestantes a término que acudieron al Hospital Distrital de Santa Rita en los meses de Enero a Diciembre del 2018, de las cuales se seleccionó como muestra a 413 gestantes que cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. La información fue procesada en Excel. Resultados: En nuestro estudio, las gestantes en su mayoría presentaron edad 18 a 29 años 68,52%, multíparas 68,77% y con control prenatal completo en 42,37%. Con captación precoz en 53,27% y con primera ecografía en el primer trimestre el 54,48%. Con relación a la edad gestacional (EG) por ecografía del primer trimestre y EG por FUM no tuvo variación en el 65,33%, en el 2do trimestre predomino una variación de una semana con 39,31% y en el tercer trimestre con variación más importante de 3 semanas de diferencia en 34,88%. En relación a la EG por Ecografía del primer trimestre y test de Capurro predomina sin variar en 95,56%, en el segundo trimestre variación de 1 semana con 40% y por último en el tercer trimestre con mayor variación de 2 semanas en 51.16%. Conclusiones: Se observó que existe relación entre la EG por Ecografía y EG por FUM, existe relación entre EG por ecografía y EG por Test de Capurro, ambos de predominio en el primer trimestre, sobre todo la relación entre ecografía con test de Capurro, realizados en el Hospital Distrital de Santa Rita, de enero a diciembre del 2018.
ABSTRACT Objective: The objective of this study was to determine the relationship between the gestational age determined by ultrasound in the first trimester of pregnancy, by the date of last menstruation and at birth applied to newborns of the District Hospital of Santa Rita during the months of January - December 2018. With early uptake in 53.27% and with first ultrasound in the first trimester 54.48%. In relation to gestational age (EG) by ultrasound of the first trimester and EG by FUM, there was no variation in 65.33%, in the 2nd trimester a variation of one week with 39.31% predominated and in the third trimester with variation more important than 3 weeks apart in 34.88%. In relation to the EG by ultrasound of the first trimester and Capurro test predominates without varying in 95.56%, in the second trimester variation of 1 week with 40% and finally in the third trimester with greater variation of 2 weeks in 51.16% . Conclusions: It was observed that there is a relationship between the EG by Ultrasound and EG by FUM, there is a relationship between EG by ultrasound and EG by Capurro Test, both predominantly in the first trimester, especially the relationship between ultrasound with Capurro test, performed at the Santa Rita District Hospital, from January to December 2018.
